<li>After pitch sessions, non-binding term sheet will be offered to the selected startups and the legal and financial due diligence will be initiated.</li>
<li>Selected startups will get to pitch at Startup Jalsa - Invest Edition 2019 happening in Dharamshala on 19th-21st December, 2019.</li>
<li>The deal will be offered on the spot, and startups will have to decide on the spot whether they want to accept the deal or not.</li>
<li>They can negotiate the terms of the deal, and startups will have to accept the offer if made.</li>

<div class="startup-questions">Things to keep in mind to prepare an elevator pitch:</div>

<ul>
<li>An elevator pitch is of 60 seconds and no extra time will be granted.</li>
<li>Startups should present their prototypes during the pitch sessions, if in hand.</li>
<li>When writing your twitter pitch in the form, make it clear and unambiguous. If in one sentence you cannot tell what you do, then you should rework the sentence. This is the first thing we will read, so taking time in crafting a good one-liner is time well spent.</li>
<li>Put your bio in one or two sentences, which includes the basic details of your startups' co-founders and your core team members. If you have found any companies before, mention it.</li>
<li>Pitch deck in your first impression. Communicate and pitch your startup with relevant information. clearly and concisely.</li>

<li>Problem statement: What is it that you are trying to solve?</li>
<li>Solution: What is the solution? What is the product?</li>
<li>Market: How big is the market? Market size? What are the numbers?</li>
<li>Competition Analysis: Competition. Differentiation.</li>
<li>Revenue model: Not projections. How you will make money? Potential revenue model.</li>
<li>Team, Founders & Advisors: Write a short one to two sentence bio of each co-founder.</li>
<li>Funding ask: In your funding ask slide, mention your funding ask in INR and show how you are going to use the funds. For example: 30% for Product Development, 20% for Marketing, 30% for talent etc.</li>
